The system is divided into several modules: customers, currencies and documents.
Customers - introduction of both individuals and legal entities. When entering the EIC, it automatically generates the name, country and address of the customer, if there is data about him in the europa.eu system
Currencies - entering currency and exchange rate against your selected currency as "default currency". The default currency is the currency that you define as the leading currency in your system and all other conversions will be performed against it. Each entered currency has the option to set a fixed exchange rate, that is, if you have selected a fixed exchange rate for a certain currency, it will not be able to be changed when selecting and in a document and will automatically take the exchange rate you set as fixed.
Documents - each document has a specific number assigned when setting up the system.
Invoices - when selecting a customer from the list of entered customers, the customer's data is automatically taken and filled in the invoice. The amount of each attribute is automatically calculated based on the quantity and price entered. The total is also automatically calculated against the fees and attributes entered. In the document there is an option to select the type of tax. The list for this option is filled in advance, specifying the name of the tax and what percentage (%) of the amount to tax. There is an option to select a currency and set the rate for the day against your chosen currency as the leading currency.
Credit and debit note - these documents are created only when an invoice is already selected. With them, instead of a list of customers, there is a list of already generated invoices. These documents are added to the view of the invoice to which they refer.
Proforma - invoice - when generating this document, you have the option to automatically create an invoice based on the data entered in the proforma.
The design of the documents can be changed according to your preferences.
